Not only will you save your invaluable free time but you’ll also have experiences that you never dreamed were possible. Start the process by providing your contact details and then we begin the fun part! Let us know where you want to go, a little more about you and your family, what you want to learn about, and any other specific needs or important details.
At the end of the questionnaire, you’ll be asked to make a downpayment for your adventure starting for as little as $150. Our rates are designed to accommodate the amount of work required to build your vacation itinerary. See information about our custom booking fee below.
3. Sit Back & Let Pimbi Do The Work
Our team will generally take 5-7 business days to create your itinerary, although this may vary by group size, trip length, and unique experiences. This is so we can perfectly match your family’s passions and interests with our unforgettable experiences; not normally available through other agents.
After you receive your family’s personalized travel itinerary, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule a call with your travel concierge to discuss any edits you may have. From there, you can revise your itinerary up to 3 times. In finalizing and accepting your family’s travel itinerary, you agree to our terms and conditions and make payment for your trip.
