To make your perfect family adventure, we’ve created a detailed questionnaire so that we can better understand your family, the experience you’re looking for, your travel style, and all the other wonderful details that make your herd unique. We understand the chaos of family life, accommodating everyone’s preferences can take over 100 hours to plan for. Not only will you save your invaluable free time but you’ll also have experiences that you never dreamed were possible. Go beyond the tourist attractions and meet local chefs, artists, scientists, or any kind of industry expert. Your whole family will return home with a renewed perspective and shared passion.
The world is truly your oyster when you take a Pimbi Adventure. Throw on a coat and immerse yourself into a Swedish winter wonderland, visiting a traditional toy factory where you can construct your own toy to be sold at the local Christmas market. Or perhaps head down under and learn Indigenous art making techniques from an Aboriginal artist or help conservation efforts for the wildlife impacted by the bushfires. Say, “Konnichiwa” to the metropolis of Tokyo, while making sushi with an expert chef. The Steps

Most families already have an idea of their dream vacation destinations but are unsure what sights they should see, where they should stay, or how to get around.
Tell us your location and we’ll uncover the nitty-gritty details for you. If you’re unsure where to go, just get in touch!
2. Tell Us About Your Family
Start the process by providing your contact details and then we begin the fun part! Let us know where you want to go, a little more about you and your family, what you want to learn about, and any other specific needs or important details.
At the end of the questionnaire, you’ll be asked to make a downpayment for your adventure starting for as little as $150. Our rates are designed to accommodate the amount of work required to build your vacation itinerary. See information about our custom booking fee below.
3. Sit Back & Let Pimbi Do The Work
Our team will generally take 5-7 business days to create your itinerary, although this may vary by group size, trip length, and unique experiences. This is so we can perfectly match your family’s passions and interests with our unforgettable experiences; not normally available through other agents.
After you receive your family’s personalized travel itinerary, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule a call with your travel concierge to discuss any edits you may have. From there, you can revise your itinerary up to 3 times. In finalizing and accepting your family’s travel itinerary, you agree to our terms and conditions and make payment for your trip.
